Phnom Penh Club is non-aligned, non-profit, independent, neutral, non-discriminated against race, color, political tend and not involving in politics. Following the registration at Ministry of Interior, PPC is legal person which falls under laws of Kingdom of Cambodia.
PPC aims to gather intellectual human resources and other sources including finance, material, technique to support the activity that provides benefits to the member of the club, community and society joined by intellectual, businessperson and donors.

Phnom Penh Club has Missions below : 

-    Create cooperation, exchange experiences and help each other among the club members.
-    Promote the practice of philosophy of pacific culture cooperation and sustainable development.
-    Initiate concept and research study on business plan, economic data analysis and promote investment with internal and external partners.
-    Participate in social, environmental, humanitarian, educational activities and create opportunity for youth.
